Shipping

This is a US Ground shipping Time-inTransit map for Dura-Mounts.com , expect this to be your ground shipping time to delivery from the day it ships. You will be notified via email when your item('s) ship.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Returns Policy

  • If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the item return request.
  • Products that are not eligible for return are listed below:
    • Any product not purchased from Dura-Mounts.com
    • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
    • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
    • Any product that exhibits physical damage

If the return is due to an error Dura-Mounts.com made or the product is defective we will refund or replace at your discretion. If the return is made simply because you are unsatisfied with the product a restocking fee of 20% will be applied and you will be liable for shipping the item back. If the item is lost, stolen, or broken by the customer Dura-Mounts.com will take no responsibility, and will deny the return.

If the return is approved. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Orders, Handling and Processing

  • Orders that are placed before 2:00pm CST will most likely ship the next business day (where product availability specifies this)
  • Orders are placed and funds are collected. We do not ship orders prior to collecting funds from customers.
  • If paying with Credit Card (secure) option, the batch settlements are done once a day in the evening. This means your order will most likely ship the next day regardless of when it was placed during the day.
  • If paying by Google Checkout, we will ship when the funds have cleared. This time fluctuates for different reasons with this method, but is generally cleared by the next business day at the latest and the order will ship that next business day (where product availability specifies this).
  • If paying by PayPal (secure) option, the order will ship as soon as the funds have cleared which tends to be within the first business day of the order. This does not mean the order will definitely ship that same business day, but there is a chance it could. Most likely the order will ship the next business day (where product availability specifies this).

 

Standard Operating Hours

At Dura-Mounts.com our standard operating hours are from 8:00am - 5:00pm CST Mon-Fri. We observe all major holidays, and particularly all holidays being observed by UPS. Orders can be placed through the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However, any technical issues with orders or our website are handled within our standard operating hours. Emails via our Contact Us form are the preferred, and best means of contacting us as they leave room for detailed information and are not easily forgotten or lost and make for good records to help up be sure our customer service staff is always handling matters properly.
